The Service is provided for legitimate B2B sales outreach. You must not use it to send spam, misleading content, or communications that violate applicable laws including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Research data, email templates, and other content provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Devil in the Detail unless otherwise agreed. Email content you create within the platform is yours.
Where you connect a Google account, we access Gmail solely to create drafts and send emails on your behalf. We do not read, store, or analyse your existing emails. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
The Service is provided as-is. Devil in the Detail is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
